Rhema Life Bible Institute (RLBI) is a nonprofit, non denomination Christian and educational organization, existing for the purpose of preparing students for the Lord’s service. We offer Leadership Development (Fivefold Ministry), Layman's & New Believers, and Evangelism courses. RLBI also offers a Deacon's Training course, self study courses on Healing, Faith, Power of Your Words, The Kingdom & Being Kingdom Minded, and Tongues. All of which are coming in the near future.
Our mission is to rigorously educate, equip, and empower leaders, laypersons, and new believers through Christian education.
RLBI’s vision is to be a training center for disciples (Matthew 28:19-20).
Our purpose is to perfect the saints for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:7-17).

Under the leadership of Apostle Debora West, RLBI exists to educate, equip, and empower men and women of faith to walk boldly in their calling. Through biblical teaching, spiritual development, and practical ministry training, we help students grow in wisdom, maturity, and purpose to impact the world for Christ.

At Rhema Life Bible Institute, we believe education is more than academics—it’s transformation.
